Right to cancel broadband, telephone and multimedia contracts with 1 month's notice
Multi-media (broadband, TV and telephone) supply companies currently lock you in for 12 month minimum contracts. The law should change to allow customers to cancel contracts with 28days notice in the same way as other utility suppliers (i.e. electricity and gas suppliers).
