Conscription for all adults from age 16 onwards.
Introduce conscription for all adults, exactly the same as is done in Switzerland. Males and females, military or civilian duties defined by the Government. To be nationwide with an initial 3 year period then continuing for 4 weeks re-training every year until aged 50. No exemptions except severe ongoing disabilities. Immigrants who do not wish to do the civilian aspect to be sent home to contry of origin. No conscription equals no benefits of any type. No racial exemptions, or religous exemptions. All citizens to be treated equally, and those who don't wish to participate, or actively avoid service to be deproted and/or lose Citizen status with total loss of all citizen rights e..g welfare, medical, passport etc.
