New Criminal Offence - Rioting

Additional Information

A new public order offence/charge could be considered: Rioting.
Individuals can be prosecuted for individual offences if they are apprehended due to being involved in criminal activities within organized and unorganized demonstrations. I would suggest those arrested should have an additional charge of rioting added if they were involved in demonstrations/cowds/mobs at the time of arrest.
