Change to the way blood and organ donations work

Additional Information

I wish for the government to make it so that only people who are on the organ donor register can receive donated organs and compulsory for these who receive donated organs to automatically donate their organs once deceased. Similarly people who recieve donated blood should be made to donated blood at least twice a year one recovered. With exception to children.
