Make alcohol production companies responsible for the rehabilitation of alcoholics.
Detoxification and Rehabilitation programs are expensive and out of reach for many alcoholics. Make the alcohol production companies responsible for setting up and running centers specifically for these people who otherwise will get no help with their addiction. Do not give up on addicts, with help, they can be productive members of society once again.
