Tax caravans
Caravans should be taxed to compensate other drivers for the problems they cause on the road network system. The additional revenue could be used in away way deemed reasonable for the transportion system as long as it was directed to car users. It would then give car drivers a sense of pleasure that when they were following a slow caravan on the A64 or A38 that it was costing the caravan driver in front to do so.
