Convicted rioters and community service

Additional Information

All convicted rioters should have community service as part of their punishment – even if they are sent to prison. They should be made to wear orange jumpsuits made to clear up the communities that they destroyed. This would include the cleaning the streets, shopping areas and any domestic properties they damaged.
