Scrap the BBC licence fee
The BBC licence fee (or "TV licence") is a tax on owning a TV which pays for a service the general public has no say over, nor any control or opinion on the shows produced.
The BBC should look at other funding options, such as advertising or a subscription service.
Why should the people of this great nation be forced to pay for a service they neither choose nor have any control over?
I call upon the Government to scrap the BBC licence fee and ask the BBC to look elsewhere for its funding.
