Crossroads scheme for young people at the end of main schooling

Additional Information

A scheme should be set up to allow youngsters to either stay in education until 21 or until they attend university, have them complete 18 months in the armed forces or ensure that if they recieve benefits they are employed for several years on community based projects to profit the community they live in.
