Additional Information

The purpose of this petition is to lobby government into bringing into law an Act of Parliament making it compulsory for UK Citizens aged 16-23 who are not in full time employment of at least 30 hours per week or in full time education( with exemption of those who are unfit medically or otherwise unable) to spend a minimum of 30 hours per week working in their community carrying out projects and improvements for the benefit and enjoyment of the community as a whole.
