Parental Responsibility for Criminality
A law to make parents and or guardians criminally responsible for crimes committed by their children between the ages of eight and eighteen. The police should be empowered to charge the responsible parent or guardian with the same offence as their children. The penalties the courts could impose should be the same as if the parents or guardian committed the offence themselves
