Laws to be made in plain Language remove the gobbledygook from it

Additional Information

remove the gobbledygook that is current practice in legislation that ensures those from more deprived backgrounds are unlikely to understand the law and makes the law more complex than it needs to be. Laws must be made in plain language so all individuals have an understanding as to what it means.
