Proportion of MP's in UK over summer holidays

Additional Information

There should be a sufficient number of MP's in the UK at any time that they are having holidays so that proper parliamentary decisions can be made. It is unacceptable that each summer the MP's and senior local politicians abandon the country for weeks on end.
