Any Person caught looting, robbing or any other criminal activity during the riots of 2011 shall be convicted

Additional Information

I think that anyone who thinks its ok to destroy and burn their own local area and that of others should be punished. Anyone willing to take the jobs and houses of others should lose their own, and be imprisoned
