Remove the Human Rights entitlement of those convicted of rioting

Additional Information

Those convicted of rioting will have the full protection of Human Rights legislation. What about the Human Rights of the innocent citizens who are effected by this. Those who commit these crimes should not be entitled to any protection under human rights law.
