Introduce Conscription for anyone (male/female) who leaves school before 18 and is unemployed.
The Riots have highlighted the lack of respect, education and common decency many young people have in todays Britain.
This is arguably down to a number of factors - too much political correctness/ rights (they have been spoilt and don't realise how lucky they are); poor parenting; lack of job/activities.
By re-introducing conscription for any young person living in the UK under 18 who is unemployed these youth's would be given a stern lesson in respect and obedience whilst also being given a purpose and job.
If a youth is enrolled on the conscription programme they would have to serve until the age of 21.
