Allow the use fo water cannons, rubber bullets tear gas or the army against rioters
After the last couple fo days, we have seen that the police are ill equipped to deal with such large scale acts of violence, so allow the use of water cannons, rubber bullets, tear gas and the army in extreme cases, the rights of innocent people should over rule the rights of criminals.
