Allow the Police to use live fire and spray skin dye during serious riot situations

Additional Information

Following the serious rioting across the UK and years of rioting in Northern Ireland, I would like Police Forces across the UK to be allowed to control serious riots, where their lives or the lives of innocent people are put at risk, by using live fire.
I also think that during all riot sitations the police should spray a skin dye over the rioters then a 'round up' of the people involved can be carried out afterwards.
