Right to protect your property by any means necessary without fear of reprimand

Additional Information

In the past cases such as those of Tony Martin highlighted the deficiencies in the English and Welsh legal system when one could not protect your property without fear of reprimand.

In the US people may protect their property by any means necessary as a Constitutional Right.

The recent and ongoing riots have highlighted to the nation how ridiculous and utopianistic our legal system is.

It is time that UK legislation is brought into the 21st century and the right is instilled that "Every Englishman's home is his castle"
