3 choices at 18: 1. Higher education 2. Train in a career 3. National Service

Additional Information

In the wake of Broken Britain, a forward-thinking and pro-active government should take action! I propose an act which offers 3 choices only to the youth of Britain. At 18, either pursue higher education, train in the workplace, or attend National Service. A sense of responsibility and respect has to be instilled in a generation that sadly has failed to grasp these basic but humanitarian qualities.
