Rioters should pay for the cost of clean up operation and damaged themselves.
Tax payers should not have to pay for the damage caused by rioters. The cost of any repairs to public property or clean up operations should be shared between anyone over the age of 18 convicted of rioting, parents should be responsible for any minors convicted until said minor turns 18 when they shall become responsible for repaying it themselves. A percentage of the convicted's earnings should be taken each month until their debt is repaid. Anyone who is unemployed should have a percentage of their benefits taken away and put towards costs. Taxpayers should not have to pay for damage few have caused to the disgust of many.
