Ban horse and carts from the main roads

Additional Information

The amount of traffic on our roads has changed considerably since the day of the horse and cart/trap.

Their presence on the road poses a danger to other road users, as well as themselves. They cause tail backs on roads and frustration to drivers which may potentialy lead to accidents.
