Bring back 'dont be a litter bug' adverts on TV and radio
When I was young in the 60's I was bombarded with 'dont be a litter bug' adverts - it worked - I can honestly say I have never have dropped litter and now I end up picking up other peoples litter - educate the young people of today to start having some respect - it can start in the schools immediately and the youngsters should be bombarded with it on the TV like I was - it works !
