Additional Information

This is a petition for the UK government to revoke the right to free NHS Healthcare to all people resident in the UK or otherwise who have been convicted of acts of terrorism including:

Acts of Terrorism in concurrence with the Terrorism Acts of 2000/ 2001/ 2005 and 2006.

Possession/Distribution/Manufacturing of Home-made explosives (IED'S), with intent to cause harm or destruction of property.

Rioting/Looting: In all cases where a state of emergency is not declared.

Conspiracy to commit an act of Terrorism.

Upon injury/illness the citizen/prisoner will be ordered to return the costs of their treatment to the government in full through their earnings in the form of work/income-based or incapacity benefits/prison wages and any entitlement to property/savings/investments and inheritance and will be entitled to free treatment only equal to the tax they have contributed. University Loans and other debts to the government are to be deducted from this amount.
