Bring back borstals for young offenders
As a parent is no longer allowed to punish unruly children, the youth culture has gone into a fast decline with softly softly approach without any help or understanding for their victims. Bring back the Borstal System, these thugs do not need a day out at Alton Towers they need hard discipline to make them understand that crime does not pay!!
