The re-introduction of the 'Stocks' to deal juvenile delinquents

Additional Information

I would like to propose the re-introduction of the 'Stocks' to deal with juvenile delinquents, who cannot be adequately dealt with under the current legal system.

Re-Indroduce the 'Stocks' back into public places so that these young people who cause damage & anti-social behaviour maybe publicly seen & ridculed.

The parents of these children should be made, by the courts to come and tend to their delinquent cheildren while they are in the 'Stocks', or have their benefits stopped.
