organised street riorting looting of retail premises violence arson and other public disorder offences

Additional Information

Since the riots started on Saturday 6th August in London and have now spread across the country. Ordinary people are loosing thier homes and businesses due to arson. Retailers are loosing thier stock due to looting/theft. People are being attacked by the gangs in the riots. The Police fear being sued or charged when they try and protect the public to their best ability. There is a need for emergency electronic tagging for the offenders who have been arrested and out on bail so they are under house arrest.. Emergency order to prevent anyone under the age of 18 to not be out on the streets after 6pm when their is a riot or disorder on the streets. The use of Water Canons can be used to disperse the riot and the use of military aid can be put in place to assist the police. Emergency mobile police cells put in place to old offenders during a riot.
