Restore Capital Punishment for serial or repeat offenders

Additional Information

This petition supports all other calls to restore the death penalty with an additional criteria, that it is for repeat offenders only. The justice system can get it wrong, but when someone is convicted of more than one serious offence, i would be satisfied that this penalty is the correct course of action.
