Bring back national service
All under the age of 21 who have been out of work for over a year should be forced to sign up for National service for a least one year, this should not only get kids off the streets but give them the self respect that they start to lack after not having work, It would give them new skills and teach them respect and how important this Great Briton is , teach them about the real world and open their eye on how real men and women should act together united for the good of this country.
