Homes and businesses destroyed in these recent disturbances in London, Manchester, Bristol and other major UK cities should be covered by their insurance policy, but those who have no insurance can only claim compensation through the government if the Prime Minister officially recognises these as 'riots', and this e-petition is to call on him to do exactly that, for the Prime Minister to officially recognise these disturbances as riots so uninsured people who have been effected can claim compensation
