Commencement personal pensions from birth

Additional Information

Provide every child born in the UK with a personal pension from birth. The goverment led scheme would be funded/part funded through the scrapping of the child benefit scheme and diverting this money into this pension scheme. It is envisaged that the proposal would both allow retirement dates not to be lifted so substantially but still allow more funds to be paid into the pension national fund to cover for the population living for longer.
