banks who borrowed money to repay government lent money

Additional Information

all banks who borrowed government money should repay the money after posting big profits (HSBC 1/08/2011 £11.5BN )
this money would help to pay down the budget deficit instead of cuts to public services which are needed and require re structuring but could help the economy and to possibly drop VAT and Fuel duty this would stimulate the economy further please sign up guys
