Rioters and Looters
Considering the latest rioting and looting phenomenon we should take a firm stance stance against those convicted to show a firm stance against mindless vandalism and theft by handing out maximum sentences to those convicted and attaching penalties to earnings / benefits to contribute to the cost of loss of earnings, compensation, clean up and policing costs.
