Honours for riot heroes.
I would like to petition the Government to ask Her Majesty The Queen to issue a special honours list for people who did something during the riots to help another person or their community in some way that went above and beyond the norm. I think that such a gesture would help cement the idea that we are a nation of communities and would also send the strongest possible message about whose side the state is on.
