Increased sentencing for all crime

Additional Information

Increase the sentences given as punishment for all crime. Serious reform is needed of the sentencing guidelines so that when criminals are caught, justice is served and the sentences implemented act as a suitable deterant. The carrot is not working it's time to go back to the stick.
