Increase support to new business

Additional Information

I want to see the government directly lending to small and medium enterprises. This is because I feel that the big banks have failed to lend enough capital and thereby breached the Merlin deal.

I would urge the treasury and the Bank of England to join forces to increase the support that is currently available
