Diplomatically recognise the fledgling Somali breakaway states of Somaliland and Puntland

Additional Information

It is becoming increasingly clear that the Somalian state has failed. This petition requests, therefore, that the British Government extend diplomatic recognition to Somaliland and Puntland, as well as encourage a conference to settle land disputes between the two countries.
