End dog breed specific legislation. This law sees innocent and harmless dogs destroyed prolifically throughout the UK.
Increase awareness through more Dog Wardens, who can patrol and educate, and punish the owner for dogs that have behaved in a dangerous manner. Funded through dramatically increasing the 'on the spot' fine a Warden can issue.
