Disqualify Convicted Benefit Fraudsters from Further Benefits for Life
That all persons found guilty in a court of law of fraudulently claiming any form of welfare benefit from H.M.Government Departments or a properly constituted local government authority shall be automatically disqualified from all further such claims for benefit of any description.
