Replace round vehicle tax disc (with perforations) by square tax disc

Additional Information

We request that the round vehicle tax disc with perforations is replaced by a similar sized square tax disc without the silly perforations. Every year motorist struggle with the silly perforations on the round tax disc. The accumulated waste of time dealing with a trivial issue would be better spent fishing.
