Business planning development fees ( planning Fees )
Due to the cost of development in terms of planning fees .
I would like the government to debate payment on success, this would put pressure on the planning system to push and not have to be chased by us the clients , and help the speed of decisions and take business speculation and cash up front away from businesses wishing to expand and create jobs .
