All Manchester and salford rioters should have their benefits stopped
Anyone arrested and convicted of any offence during the manchester and salford riots should lose all thier benefits or pay a large proprtion on each benefit back towards and criminal compensation scheme so those affected can be reimbursed in some way........the taxpay should not foot the bill..
