Boot Camps for Offenders Under 18
Following the recent riots across England it has come to everyone's attention that a large proportion of the offenders were under the age of 18.
The age of criminal responsibility in England and Wales is currently 10 years of age, therefore it is proposed that the government set up and administer a 'Boot Camp' program for offenders too young for custodial sentences in main stream prisons.
These Boot Camps would provide basic facilities, including educational and community service based activities.
A rigid daily regime, consisting of work to repair the communities of this country. Such as litter picking, graffiti removal. Put the offenders to work, repairing the UK in a controlled manner.
