Corporal Punishment to be Reintroduced for Rioters & Yobbish Behaviour
We the petitioners believe the reintroduction of corporal punishment for rioters and citizens who undertake yobbish and anti social behaviour will provide a deterent.
We call on the Government to introduce legislation that will empower the courts to use this form of punishment.
