Community Punishment for Community Crimes
An out of prison punishment in public for those that have committed crimes in the local community such as rioting, graffiti, criminal damage, theft etc.
They will be semi-humiliated in public as the work to fix, mend both the damage they have caused and areas of the community that need to be cleaned, repaired or re-built.
Wearing a jump suit akin to the orange suits they wear in American jails (maybe pink for added humiliation and deterrent) they will be identified by the community as criminals.
