The parents of children too young to be prosecuted should be prosecuted instead
I believe that if a child commits a crime and is too young to be prosecuted then the parents should be held to account.
For instance the 11 year old boy charged for his part in the London riots may be too young to stand trial but he does know right from wrong. His parent/s certainly do and it is their job to pass this onto to their kids. If nothing else they should not be left to roam the streets when this sort of behaviour is going on. Surely this is nothing less than neglect?
