Whether the Teachers Pension Scheme should be valued before changes to the TPS are made

Additional Information

The undersigned would like the Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS) to be valued, as it should have been in 2010 before any changes, such as increased contributions, a wholesale change from final-salary to career-average, and longer retirement ages are made. The scheme was restructered in 2007 to make it wholly affodable yet the Government is refusing to give a valuation which would prove/disprove if further changes are required.
