Make it unlawful to cover your face in public to evade identification
In the light of the recent mindless rioting and looting, we should make unlawful the wearing of any material or device that obscures the face from being identified by visual means, including sight or CCTV. This should apply to any person in a public place that is not required by law to wear a device such as a crash helmet whilst riding a bike.
