Victims/businesses affected by riots and looting to be exempted from paying taxes.

Additional Information

I would like the government to take responsibilities, the police would have showed up in some places on time and this way they would have saved most businesses from losing money.

for example tottenham JD store is seen being robbed and the thieves taking their time.
