Fine people who cannot use grammar properly

Additional Information

Anyone who is caught using the following terms should be fined one pound for every year of their age: "Your" instead of "You're" (And vice versa). "Less" instead of "Fewer". "Should of" instead of "Should have". "Me and John" instead of "John and I" (When used in the wrong circumstances). All of the money that is accumulated from the fines should go to the education department.
